After the initial MPG shock wore off and the reality of only 12.89 MPG finally sank in, I started looking into acetone. From what I have read, people are reporting 10 MPG more with acetone in their gasoline. I think I'll give it a try just to see if it works. Afterall, 12.89 MPG is REALLY low. If I can get a few more MPG then when we finally head to California we can save a little bit of money.
I'll report back as soon as I have acetone and will let you all know how it goes.
