We went for a nice crive the other day and found this scenic view spot. The boys loved it! It's so... well, scenic.

Here is the Christmas tree. Aunt Megan is directing where to hang the ornaments. They were clumping the ornaments in groups of colour. LOL. Okay, I did too. I also cleaned the window on the outside so we could see out better.

Here is Miles at school. I go and have lunch with them each day (except for early outs). They both look forward to it and I love it.

Here is Mendel 2.0 scraping ice off Petunia before school. I bought an ice scraper for each of us so they would quit fighting over who scrapes the ice off the car. Of course, by January, I will be out there by myself LOL.

Two exciting things to tell you about!

The first is that I figured out that you can "follow" people on blogger. Isn't that cool! I am going to start following the blogs I visit most often :P

The Next Exciting Thing is eBid...

My sister-in-law, Megan, and I found books for sale at the thrift store for $1 a BOX! We were so happy that we came home and went straight to greEdbay and started figuring out how much it would cost to sell everything. We figured out that it would cost us too much to list all the books because the fees would kill us and we didn't have money to start the auctions with anyway. I searched for alternatives to greEdbay and found eBid.

FREE to post your items and if your item doesn't sell, it still costs you NOTHING.

The only time you pay is when your item sells. Then they get something like 3% of the price. Unlike greEdbay where it is 8.75% plus all the insertion fees, picture fees, this fee that fee... AGH!

Okay, ready...

Here is our profile page!

At the left is a list of auctions we have up for sale. We only have 4 books up so far. We've had a brutal learning curve. I ended up spending hours snapping pictures of ALL the books. Found out my camera was on economy so they all looked like crap and I had to redo them ALL.

We've been researching book terms
, sorting books by decade and reading everything on eBid. So we are getting it now and should have more items up for auction by the weekend... including Christmas stuff!

I'll post a couple times a week to let you know what we have up.

Happy blogging,
Dotchi
