1001 things to do before I die
The Queen of Oreos gave me an idea. I am making a list of 1001 things I want to do before I die. I know my husband has his list, but I think it's time I had mine. So I started making the list and it's off to the right hand side under "surf the web". Now I would like ideas of things to do before I die. I am looking for experiences, not really anything like "buy a car", "win the lottery" and such. Things I can do that are for the experience. Make sense? Besides, I already bought a car.
How the move is progressing
Hubby should be home Saturday about 3PM. We moved all the stuff we're using into the boys room and we're all sleeping in there for now. We're almost done cleaning out the master bedroom. I have to do a trash run today and the renters should be here about 7 PM to drop off a load. It'll be stored in the master bedroom which will make it OFF LIMITS once they unload. But everything will be out of there by then.
Later today I'll be sorting and packing clothes that we don't need right now. We're working on getting our one bag complete for each of us. Lil Mendel's is done but the rest are still in the works. We have hygiene bags for each of us and a main kit for meds and such ready to go. Tomorrow will be the livingroom sort and pack. Thursday will be spent cleaning the yard and van.
So far it is going well. I figured I will empty the kitchen all the way next week. For now, I am getting just the basics and leaving them out.
Whew! This is a lot of work. I forgot what it is like to move. I need less stuff!

What is this spider?
Practice writing
I type enough each day. I was worried that I couldn't type 1667 words a day for NaNo WriMo... but now I am not worried at all. I have typed each night in place of writing in my diary and did a word count. Last nights word count was 2,600. Tonight's word count is 2,875. I am no longer worried about writing 50,000 words in a month... I am going to challenge myself to 100,000 words instead. I know I can easily get to the 50,000 word mark. I'll be a winner in 10 days at this rate! I could write THREE novels in a month! Man, I am good! Now, watch November get here and I've run out of things to write...
