I have a plan for the week
My plan is to get at least 20 ebay auctions up and running, more if possible. Tonight I am sorting through the house for auction and yard sale items. I am also deep cleaning (or trying) for when DH gets home on Monday morning. WOOHOO! I get to see him again! I already finished sorting through the diningroom and tonight I'll work on the livingroom and boys' room.
Out in a Blaze of glory!
But the first thing I need to do is attend to a puppy funeral on the Baker's Acres. This morning I hopped in the van to run to town and when I backed up I felt a bump. I just knew I ran over a toy or something. Unfortunately, I didn't. I ran over Blaze, the puppy, who was resting behind the tire. I doubt he realized anything because I went right over his head and neck. I cried. I felt so horrible for it happening. Lil Mendel sobbed and took it harder than both Miles and I. Miles just seems down a bit. Cheeta (Blaze's sibling) knows something happened but I am not sure if he understands. He just keeps following us around and whimpering.
I need to go start the funeral now.

From the Mail Bag
How in the world did you get a black eye?
You know those moments you have where you feel you need someone standing there saying "Here's yer sign!" Well, I had one of those! I was folding up a travel playpen when one of the legs wouldn't fold correctly. I was pushing in on both legs and it just wasn't going... so me, in my moment of "duh-her-ness" stuck my face in
between the legs to see why it wasn't moving. WELL, I figured it out and, with my face still in between the legs of the playpen, I pushed correctly and THWAP! It closed on my head. Now, I have a black eye to remind me not to do something stupid like that again!

Happy 5th of July
Happy Birthday, Kevin!
I went to the drivers testing center today and got my duplicate ID. Luckily I could use my old picture because I have a black eye and didn't want THAT on my license. Tomorrow is trash day... I know, I know, the excitement is almsot too much to bare! Calm down though, b/c afterwards, we get to wash the van too. When we get home, it's deep kitchen cleaning livingroom cleaning and deep laundryroom cleaning. Exciting, huh? Jealous yet? Because Friday we clean out the boys room and bathrooms. Bet you wish you could scrub toilets with us and scrape goo from the bottom of the fridge. Don't worry, I'll think of you fondly while I scrape the little mousey carcasses out of the traps. Bet you wish you were me now, well HA! You don't get to do ANY of it. MWHAHAHAHA! But, should anyone really want to come help with anything, I'll have coffee and sandwiches made :)

Planning for a yard sale
We are planning for a yard sale one week from now. Hopefully we'll make
some money. I am also trying to get the Trans Am posted in the Trader so
we can make some money off that too. So far we have a kitten, a puppy and
the birds to find homes for. I am also looking at all the furniture we can
sell. We'll also have clothes, books, kitchen supplies, toys, and a bunch
of other stuff to sell. I am really hoping it will help us out with some
money.
The boys are playing card games right now and I am about to start my tasks
for the day. I have to clean the fridge, wash down appliances and drawer
fronts, mop the floors and clean the bathrooms. Fun fun fun!
